Kirby's Adventure is the NES Sequel to Kirby's Dreamland, and the first to introduce Copy Abilites! To this day, considered one of the best 2D Kirby games to date! it's incredible how the devs got everything right the second time around!
Gameplay feel-wise is similar to Dreamland, but there's a lot more movement added! you can slide kick, run, short hop, and get through levels much faster thanks to the abilites that enhance movement.
if you saw the US commercial to the left, theres a bit of inaccuracy, Dedede did break the star rod, but he never stole anybody's dreams. another evil force lurks and gives dreamland's residents nightmares...

TRIVIA:
- the beginning of each world name spells ROYGBIV backwards, an acronym for the name of the colors of the rainbow. that acronym thing has been a thing since the 90s!
- in the goal game, you can get 30 1ups if you complete the goal game from bottom to top (7-1)
- im sure you saw the JP commercial, but no, this advertising didn't inspire Kirby's Epic Yarn, the aesthetic is a complete coincidence.
- the title screen music is in an episode of Casper's Scare School
